  • Payment for Hebrew School tuition is by check or cash. If you choose to pay by credit card, please provide the Credit card number and we will automatically add the 3.5% credit card fee which we incur. Tuition payment is due in full by September 1, 2022 or half by September 1, 2022 and half by January 15, 2023. 

    Fee Breakdown:
    Registration Fee: $50 per child, which will be applied towards tuition
    Tuition for the year, per child: $875 for Chabad of Scottsdale Paid Shul Member · $1075 for non members

    Discount: 10% for each additional child - will be applied after submission
    Security Fee: $100 per family
    *The security fee will help cover weekly police protection

  • To enroll your child(ren) in Chabad Hebrew School, please confirm that all your information is up to date and fill out a new medical/allergy form. Your application will not be processed without the required forms and fees. Payment must be made per the agreement chosen above. Enrollment is considered to be for the entire scholastic year. There will be no refunds even if the child is absent due to illness or vacations, or should the parents decide to withdraw the child from the program. In the event that tuition is not paid, CHS reserves the right to charge your Credit/Debit card, plus a 3.5% processing fee.


    Parent acknowledges that Chabad Hebrew School serves children who are able to function successfully in a group setting. If, in the judgment of the school's director, the child is not able to function in a group setting, the parent may be asked to withdraw the child. In the event that the parent is requested to withdraw the child, the director will work with the parent to identify possible alternative programs suitable for the child, such as private tutoring.


    Parents allow for child(ren)'s picture to be used for internal PR mailing and website where name is not given. Parents allow for child(ren)'s photograph/name released to newspapers where last name will not be given. If not, please contact us. By submitting and initialing this form, parents accept the terms outlined above.


    Parents agree to be added to a class Whatsapp Chat for the purpose of sharing photos and information.
